Nursing & Rehabilitation at The Mansion is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN or part-time basis. In this role, you will assist in delivering high-quality physical therapy services to our residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide physical therapy care within the PTA scope of practice, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to promote mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Educate residents and their families on exercises and techniques to support rehabilitation goals.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the rehabilitation team.
