Our Nursing & Rehabilitation facility is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Supervisor to support the nursing team on 7pm-7am and/or 7am-7pm shifts (three 12hr shifts/wk).

Responsibilities
- Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
- Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
- Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
- How to be a successful candidate:
- Have at least1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
- Have at least1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
Qualifications
Must have an active RN license in the state of PA.
1-year supervisory experience in a long-term care or physical rehab setting, preferred
