***This position requires travel within the assigned borough of the RN's home residence. The RN must reside in BROOKLYN to be considered for this position.
***During the probationary period which lasts for 90 days from the hire date, the salary will be lowered to $80,000. It will convert to $100,000 after the candidate successfully passes the probationary period.

This opportunity is for new grad RNs or seasoned RNs who want to transition into building a career in the home care managed long term care (MLTC) industry. This full-time position offers EXTREME FLEXIBILITY and AUTONOMY for a real work-life balance with an award-winning leadership team. We are the ONLY organization that provides comprehensive training to certify Registered Nurses as UAS Nurse Assessors. This position is NON SKILLED; you do not touch the patient, instead, you perform a health assessment (interview the patient) which will determine the patient's eligibility for home care services.
The right candidate needs to have their own vehicle and an unrestricted NYS Driver's License. The RN will be responsible for completing THREE assessments per day as their daily quota (15 assessments/week). If an RN completes more than three assessments on any given day, then they will be eligible to make additional income via a bonus structure which only goes into effect after successful completion of the 90-day probation period. The bonus structure can further increase the yearly salary from $100,000 to $150,000 depending on how many cases are completed weekly.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written documentation skills required.
- Excellent computer skills are required.
- Must have access to a personal vehicle to travel within the assigned borough.
- Strong preference will be given to bilingual nurses.
