What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient progress, document care, and collaborate with families and care teams.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for patients and their families.
What We're Looking For:
- A valid RN license in the state of Washington (or eligibility for licensure).
- Current BLS certification.
- A complete vaccination record.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- The ability to work independently in a home health setting.
- Experience in pediatric or home health care is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to travel
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
- Must be able to sit and climb stairs
- Must have visual and hearing acuity
- Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance
- Must be able to appropriately respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in the home or during transport
