Title: Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) RN Operating Room
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Salary/Pay Rate: $39.92 - $56.92 per hour
Schedule: Full-time • Days (Rotating Weekends)
Unit/Specialty: Operating Room (5-6 OR Suites, 10-15 cases daily)

Job Description: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the Operating Room. This includes coordinating all functions in the unit, directing and monitoring nursing care, and serving as a resource person for staff. The CNC will also participate in the assessment of patient care services and collaborate with other members of the management team to improve outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current State of Florida Registered RN License, or
- Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced certifications (CEN, TNCC, etc.)
