Certification Details BLS Job Details Case Manager / Care Coordinator Inpatient / Acute Care Experience (minimum, current 12-months) is required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. This is a 13-week contract assignment and requires at least one 13-week previous travel assignment and two (2) years current experience required in specialty. Job Requirements BLS certification required and must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. Schedule Information Varied shifts - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Unit Specific Information EMR : EPIC experience required Orientation : 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Scrubs : Required and not provided by the facility. Additional Details NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024) Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico. ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED / AGENCY SUSPENDED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
