Job Details

  • 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS
  • 2 years experience current required in Med / Surg unit required
  • Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment
  • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment
  • Position will float to other areas as needed
  • Will float to ED to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands

Job Requirements

  • Active NM or compact license required
  • At least two references (one must be from current manager)
  • Resume and completed skills checklist / competency assessment required

    • Schedule Information

  • 12 hour NIGHT shift position
  • Shift start time : 19 : 00
  • Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs
  • On call, weekends and holidays may be required
  • Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location

    • Additional Details

  • NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS
  • Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked
  • State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice
  • ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED
  • Cancellations / Fees : Please review page 13 of their contract regarding fees your agency could receive
