Job Details
Monitors a patient's ECG patterns for abnormal rhythms and interval measurements and reports any changes to the nursing staff and physicians.
Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
This is a 13-week contract assignment and requires at least one 13-week previous travel assignment and two (2) years current experience required in specialty.
Job Requirements
BLS certification required and must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Take and pass Basic Arrhythmia test during Onboarding.
Schedule Information
0630-1900 or 1830-0700 shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
On call, weekends and holidays may be required, per staff rotation.
Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
Unit Specific Information
EMR : EPIC experience preferred, but not required; can train on-site.
Orientation : first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
Scrubs : Required and not provided by the facility.

Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice.
ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED / AGENCY SUSPENDED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
Cancellations / Fees : Please review page 13 of their contract regarding fees your agency could receive (for travelers cancelling without proper notice).
