Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,435 per week

Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS Job Details 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS - Please only submit candidates that are aware of their submission to our facility. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. 2 years experience current required in large OR. Ortho, ENT, and / or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Candidate must be able to scrub. Job Requirements Must have an active NM or compact license. At least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist / competency assessment. Schedule Information VariedShifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Unit Specific Information Orientation is the first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training (Epic test out available if has used Epic in last six months). Scrubs : Required and provided. Additional Details NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024) Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico. ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED / AGENCY SUSPENDED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
