Nursing & Rehabilitation at The Mansion is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans as established by the Occupational Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to residents to enhance their independence and functional abilities.
- Educate residents and their families on techniques and exercises to support ongoing therapy goals.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the rehabilitation team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
