Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare all served food with attention to quality and presentation.
- Plan food production to align with meal serving hours effectively.
- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, including abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions.
- Follow standard recipes and accommodate special diet orders as required.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to ensure optimal functioning.
