Certification Details BLS NRP AWHONN intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring certifications Job Details RN needed for our Family Birthing Center - Labor and Delivery and Mother-Baby Trained 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS 13 weeks assignment, 2 years experience in current specialty required Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment EMR : EPIC EMR experience preferred This is a 12 hour Day shift position Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs Orientation : 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Job Requirements Active NM or compact license required Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment Must include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist / competency assessment. 20 weeks Use obstetric triage acuity tools Labor assessment and evaluation Fetal evaluation and assessment Immediate stabilization of newborn Administer newborn medications Prep for scheduled or emergency cesarean delivery Assessment and care of postpartum (vaginal and cesarean deliveries) and newborn patients Additional Details NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024) Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice Ensure an accurate SS and DOB is entered.
