Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for a Coverage Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL.
Angels of Care is looking for professional, energetic personalities with a passion for serving others to complete our client care team as a Coverage Coordinator (CC).
As the voice of Angels of Care, the CC acts as the main point of contact for our medically fragile client's families. Duties include but are not limited to: receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls, assist with maintaining client/nurse schedules, developing positive relationships with nurses and families, working closely with clinical staff to provide the best care for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude. An AOC CC has a passion for helping others, does what it takes to go above and beyond to create a positive experience with our nurses and clients, adheres to policies and guidelines and always wears a smile on their face.
Primary focus is getting nurses to cover families in need and communicate often with those families to get them up to date with recruiting efforts.
This is an hourly office position Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
