Education:

Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting, including roles as a manager or full-time charge nurse.
Certifications:
- Required: Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as mandated by law or policy within the state.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of RN OR experience.
- Proven leadership experience of at least 2 years.
