✔ 49-bed state-of-the-art Emergency Department
✔ Handles over 60,000 patient visits per year
✔ Provides high-acuity trauma, critical care, and telemetry monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of ER nurses.
- Ensure efficient patient flow and quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians, emergency responders, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain compliance with national safety and emergency care standards.
- Facilitate training, professional development, and performance improvement.
Required Qualifications:
✔ Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License
✔ American Heart Association BLS Certification
✔ 2 years of clinical nursing experience in Emergency or Trauma Medicine
✔ Nursing Certification in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care (within 3-5 years of hire)
