Position Details:
- Full-time position (36 hours per week)
- Variable shifts
- Location: Seward, Alaska
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings
- Perform clinical tasks such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their care journey
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Active Alaska LPN license upon hire
- Current National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in a healthcare facility (acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation center)
