Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 24/7 operations for assigned units while ensuring high-quality patient care and outstanding outcomes.

- Lead and engage caregivers through resourceful management, accountability, and compassionate leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including progressive leadership roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- National certification from a recognized professional organization in relevant clinical expertise.
- Formal coursework in management, finance, or other administrative subjects.
