RN Charge Nurse / Nursing Supervisor – Emergency Department
Location: Mission Viejo, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care.

What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Master’s Preferred)
- Active California RN License (Upon Hire)
- BLS Certification (AHA) (Upon Hire)
- 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting
- 2 years of dedicated Emergency Department experience
- 6 months in a leadership role (Charge RN or Relief Charge)
- Experience with mental health and wellness patients is a plus
