Position Overview:
We are hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work the Night Shift at our client facility in Anchorage, Alaska. You will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients, working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You’ll be part of an organization with a longstanding commitment to quality care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and medications.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, reporting any changes to the care team.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
- Advocate for patients and provide compassionate care that aligns with best practice standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License (or eligibility to obtain it upon hire).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
