Are you a compassionate and experienced Nurse Leader with a passion for Mother Baby/Postpartum care? We are seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Manager to lead a dynamic Mother Baby Unit and mentor clinical staff in Tarzana, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Mother Baby Unit, ensuring superior patient care and staff support.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, patient care planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- At least 2 years of direct RN clinical experience in Postpartum and/or Labor & Delivery in a hospital setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager experience in OB, Postpartum, or Labor & Delivery.
