Position Overview:
Join an expanding 180 bed acute care hospital as a Stroke & Sepsis Program Manager. This leadership role provides an exciting opportunity to enhance patient care pathways and develop programs focused on excellence in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct stroke and sepsis programs.
  • Manage patient care from door to discharge.
  • Coordinate 90-day post-discharge follow-up to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with physician partners and facility leaders to optimize clinical outcomes.
  • Drive program development and marketing initiatives for increased community engagement.
  • Provide education and mentorship to care teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee program budgets and operations, ensuring efficient resource management.
  • Facilitate quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards.
  • Support business planning and program optimization for sustained growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current California RN license.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • At least Experience in Acute care.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Proven experience in stroke and sepsis program coordination.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: USD $125,000 to $175,000
  • Full-time position with full benefits.
  • Relocation Assistance Available for the ideal candidate.

Candidate Details:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant nursing roles.
  • Seniority Level: Mid-Senior.
  • Management Experience Required: Yes.
  • Willingness to Travel: Always.
