About the job:
Perm - NP/PA - Emergency Medicine
We are seeking a skilled professional with training in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine and experience in EM to join our team.
Technical Requirements:
- EPIC EMR system
- Daily census: 31.6
- Nightly admissions: approximately 5-6
- 24-hour physician coverage
- Physician shifts: (2) 7a-7p, (1) 7p-7a
- APP shifts: 11a-11p
- 12 ICU beds
- Specialty Coverages:
- Pulmonology (Monday to Friday), with acceptance of evening and weekend calls
- Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Cardiology
- Pediatrics
- Ophthalmology
- Interventional Radiology (including para, thoracentesis, bone marrow aspiration, and ports)
- Anesthesia training for RT-assisted intubation available 24/7
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer flexible compensation options as W2 employees with benefits or 1099 independent contractors with guaranteed shifts.
W2 positions include:

- $250,000 group life policy
- 401(k) with 3% company contribution
- $1,500 CME allowance
