Ultraceuticals Retail & Spa Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering professional growth within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity, while adhering to the Company's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Consumer Business Operations to identify sales and service targets
- Work with the Marketing Team to implement marketing strategies to attract new customers, retain current customers, and drive retail sales
- Lead the team in maximizing retail sales by coaching staff on product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjusting strategies to achieve goals
Requirements:
- 5 years of continuous retail and/or salon or spa experience
- Management and training experience preferred
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time

Travel Requirements:
The team member in this position must be able to travel locally to events and for out-of-state training and events as necessary.
