Job Requirements:
- Learn our curriculum and create lesson plans
- Lead classroom courses
- Supervise the Student Salon and Spa
- Check in with guests before, during, and after their services
- Mentor and provide support to students
- Provide students with constructive coaching
- Monitor exams
- Prepare students for State Board Practical Exam

Qualifications
- Active Cosmetology license; must maintain continuing education as required by the State Board
- Cosmetology instructor license (preferred)
- 2-3 years working as a Cosmetologist (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
