Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team, providing training and guidance to deliver high-quality services to under-resourced individuals, families, and communities.
- Ensure program services align with Nurturing Care's vision, mission, and values.
- Provide strong leadership for team operations.
- Review and adhere to the work scope for each program according to contract guidelines.
- Develop program work plans and standard operating procedures in collaboration with leadership team.
- Oversee Cal-AIM program staff including Managers, Data Analysts/Billers, Housing staff, and Day Habilitation staff.
- Engage executives in program development and enhancement activities.
- Manage medical billing and data entry processes.
- Program oversight and audit of case management, housing and health needs assessments, care plan documentation and practices.
- Track program enrollments and activities, ensuring billing data accuracy.
- Support and participate in program audits and conduct Quality Assurance and Utilization Reviews of program services.
- Experience with Populations of Focus, including people experiencing or at risk of
- homelessness, chronic health conditions, mental health and substance use, justice involved and birth equity.
- Assist in program management, budget planning, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure monthly program metrics are met and quarterly reporting is accurate.
- Represent Nurturing Care at Cal-AIM program conferences, trainings, and related
- meetings in the state of California.:
- Build partnerships with local providers and funders to enhance community services.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA Privacy Rules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management and team supervision.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing, data entry processes, and HIPAA Privacy Rules
- compliance.
- Experience in developing and managing program budgets.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Nurturing Care.
- Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or
- working with vulnerable populations field strongly preferred. Behavioral Sciences (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) preferred.
- Six (6) years of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services
- Master's Degree in a field of study eligible for licensure by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) preferred.
Salary: 80k-91k
2500 sign on bonus $2000 quarterly bonus.
