Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide care for patients undergoing procedures in an ambulatory surgery center.
- Manage and monitor patients with infectious diseases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform catheter care and assist with other specialized nursing procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center or teaching hospital is preferred.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols and catheter management techniques.
- Certification or training in esthetic laser treatment or mammography is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
