HHA/ CNA1/ CNA2/ PCA

Nurturing Nurses HomeCare is Medical and Non-Medical home agency. We are currently looking for CNAs, Home Care Aides(HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality dependable and professional care to our delicate clients throughout the Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia and Northern areas of South Carolina. As minority certified agency, providing care to all cultures. As we grow in culture, so does the need.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who love providing care, assisting, and bringing life to the lives of others. We have flexible scheduling and all shifts are available (morning, afternoon, evening and WEEKENDS). We offer supplemental insurances (ie Term Life, Accidental, Dental, etc)

• Ability to ambulate, no lifting restrictions
• Maintains confidentiality about all clients, healthcare staff and documentation.
• Meets annual in-service requirements under Agency policy and state regulations.
• Maintains and enhances skill through attending appropriate staff development training
• Appearance is professional and complies with agency dress code.
• Maintains a cooperative manner towards client/family and all members of the healthcare team.
• Providing Companionship or sitting services
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (ADLs)
• Laundry, changing linens
• Oral care, follow plan of care and Range of Motion exercises
• Transportation to appointments/appointment management (if necessary)

Applicants must have:

• If applying for CNA, must have current NC CNA certification and in good standing
• CPR ( current) if not we offer classes
• Recent TB (negative) or Chest xray
• Minimum of 1 years of caregiver experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation (travel is required throughout the Charlotte and surrounding areas)
• Ability to work and or/ alternate weekends
• Bilingual a plus
• Pay is very competitive
