We are Currently seeking an HR Analyst to join our People and Culture team! As an HR Analyst you will be responsible for supporting People and Culture teams by collecting and analyzing data to evaluate HR programs and initiatives. You will interpret data, develop reports, and contribute to actionable recommendations based on research findings. You will analyze data, present findings, and craft narratives to support recommendations. You will work with People and Culture stakeholders and Data Integrations to create reports on workforce analytics, including turnover and retention, employee surveys, leave of absence programs, benefit utilization, and compensation trends. You will research employee laws, regulations, and HR trends to identify potential policy changes and improvements.
To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience and Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. PHR, SHRM certification preferred.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Collects and scrubs appropriate data from UKG, Compease, UKG Recruitment, UKG Onboarding, CUNA, and employee benefit utilization systems.
- Conducts analysis on various programs related to the employee population, including retention, turnover, headcount, employee satisfaction, compensation, performance, benefits, affirmative action and recruitment activity.
- Conducts external research and compares internal offerings, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborates with People and Culture stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable data insights.

Develops and maintains scheduled and ad-hoc reporting using tools to interpret, analyze, and present data effectively.

Identify trends, troubleshoot data/reporting issues, and deliver results to various internal stakeholders including senior leadership, People and Culture leadership and others, as needed.

Create and maintain People and Culture dashboards tailored to business needs.

Ensures analysis and reporting reflects digestible information tailored to audience that allows for actionable changes or organizational improvement.
