We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for the administration, data management, and maintenance of the Business Services department Commercial Loan Origination System (“CLOS”) and other loan-specific production systems. You will maintain appropriate data flow between loan systems and core accounting. You'll compile detailed reports for analysis and recommendations. You will also assist with implementing and processing the CLOS relationship model, tickler system, workflow, file transfer, and storage. You'll maintain the Commercial Loan Origination System functionality and data tables. This includes software updates, patches, and database changes. Document, develop, and revise system design and test procedures. You'll document system functionality and guidelines for the end-user in collaboration with designated team members.
To thrive in this role, you should have five to eight years of similar or related experience and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information systems, Business or related work equivalent. This position is one part analysis and one part administrative. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring attention to detail, problem solving, and research.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of data management systems, SQL server database application, and report creation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and with outside contacts.
- Experienced with financial math and data visualization.
- Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information, and handle problem resolution.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email, etc. Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
