Nusenda is currently seeking an Executive Coordinator to join our organization! As an Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support for the Credit Union's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with back up support to the President/CEO, Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, internal management committees, and Executive Assistant to the CEO, as needed. You will prepare correspondence, including emails, memos, reports, presentations and aids in distribution of communications and materials. You may attend meetings and support note taking and follow up. You will support SLT calendar management including coordination with internal and external contacts and securing locations.
To thrive in this role, you should have one to three years of similar or related experience and an associate's degree in business administration or related field.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proactively supports SLT with daily/weekly priority and calendar management including coordination with internal and external contacts and securing and including confirming meeting logistics, planning remote participation needs, sending reminders and tracking attendance.
Professionally communicates via appropriate channels (Webex, Teams, email etc.) with others on behalf of SLT, including interactions with SLT direct reports to ensure adherence to deliverables and appropriately handling sensitive and confidential information.
Prepares correspondence and drafts of documentation (emails/memos/reports/presentations) and aids in distribution of communications and to meeting participants, as assigned.
May attend meetings and support note taking, document preservation, and follow up.
