We are currently seeking a VP of Treasury Management. In this role, you'll be responsible for development, implementation, and enhancement of commercial deposit service and leadership of the Treasury Management teams. You'll provide ongoing evaluation of industry trends pertaining to commercial deposits, development of KPIs, and recommend changes to processes, rates, and tactics that support Credit Union’s objectives. You'll act as a partner to new and existing business members, identifying opportunities to strengthen, or develop new relationships. You'll collaborate with Business Development, Commercial Lending, Deposit Services, Compliance, Consumer Lending, and Digital Services teams to promote and implement relevant business services that add value to relationships.
To thrive in this role, you should have five to eight years of similar or related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. This position is one part leadership and one part business relationship development. Key Skills and Experience:
Must have proven track record of business development and relationship management experience with small and mid-size enterprises and a demonstrated knowledge of the deposit service needs of these businesses.
Must have working knowledge of regulations affecting business deposits including high-risk businesses.
Project management experience in relation to the development of products or systems including research, proposal writing, and implementation required.
Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.
Strong performance management and leadership skills to provide advisory services to external departments and manage direct reporting staff effectively.
Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills are essential.
Must have in-depth understanding of, and the ability to manage, multiple business units and generate both immediate and long-term results.
Experienced in MS Office programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
