Overview : Neenah Foundry (Miami Operations), is looking for a dedicated Storeroom Clerk to join our team.
This role is integral to maintaining our inventory and ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies.

- Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurate and sufficient to meet operational needs.
- Receiving and Distribution : Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials.
Distribute materials to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Record Keeping : Maintain precise and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.Storage Organization : Organize and maintain the storeroom in an orderly fashion, ensuring that items are easily accessible and properly stored.Cycle Counts : Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits.Coordination : Work closely with purchasing, production, and maintenance departments to anticipate and fulfill material requirements.Compliance : Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant working environment. Essential Functions :Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds regularly.Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.Capability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if necessary). Qualifications :English & Spanish NeededPrevious experience in a storeroom or warehouse setting preferred.Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
