Requirements:

• A genuine personality who loves to educate patients about the benefits of routine chiropractic care.
• A physically fit DC who has the stamina to perform in a high-volume clinic. (50 visits per day.)
• A competent and confident adjuster whose manual care can stand alone without supplemental treatments.
• Coachable, reliable, and a team player.
• Currently holds a valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Eligible for malpractice insurance in the applicable state.
• A Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from an accredited chiropractic college.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct chiropractic exams and determine that patients are qualified to receive wellness-based treatment. (Review and/or order X-Rays and MRI reports as applicable.)
• Effectively diagnose and consult patients based on their unique medical history, current symptoms, occupation/lifestyle, and individual health and wellness goals.
• Evaluate the patient’s neuromusculoskeletal systems and spinal alignment and determine a safe and effective approach to care.
• Perform manual chiropractic adjustments to the spine and other extremities to correct misalignments and restore proper posture and function within the body’s neuromusculoskeletal system.
• Verbally inform and educate patients about your diagnosis and the intention of your adjustments.
• Educate the patient about the direct and indirect benefits of receiving wellness chiropractic care.
• Foster quality patient relationships and trust based on empathy, medical competency, healthcare knowledge, and genuine care for patients.
• Recommend personalized treatment plans and Wellness Memberships.
• Encourage patients to live their best life through routine chiropractic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our internal system.
• Function as the clinic manager/director when decisions need to be made pertaining to patient issues and clinic operations.

Business Structure:

NuSpine Chiropractic is a new and growing national franchise. You are applying to work with a local franchisee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.
