Job Description
We are looking for motivated independent solar sales consultants to join our growing team! As a 1099 contractor, you’ll be responsible for door-to-door prospecting, educating homeowners, and closing solar deals. No prior solar experience is required—we provide top-tier training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
- Door-to-door prospecting in assigned territories
- Educate homeowners on solar benefits and the Nusun Power PPA program
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations with interested homeowners
- Assist customers with site assessments and paperwork
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure a smooth process
- Maintain a positive, results-driven attitude
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (but not required – we train the right candidates!)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
Compensation
- 100% commission-based pay with uncapped earnings
- Upfront commission paid after deal close – no waiting for installation
- Realistic $100K first-year income for full-time reps
- Top closers earn $200K per year
