Senior Salesforce Programmer
Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented and adaptable IT Senior Software Programmer with extensive experience in Salesforce development. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to enhance user experience and streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce Service and B2B modules, along with proficiency in low-code, extensible cloud platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to optimize business processes and improve customer relationship management.
- Provide production support for software applications and processes in line with customer expectations for operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various platforms.
- Capture, document, and translate customer, user, and technical software requirements into actionable solutions.
- Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to automate workflows and generate data-driven insights.
- Configure and enhance workflows and integrations within Monday.com to maximize platform utility.
- Implement robust security measures to protect software applications, track vulnerabilities, and address potential security threats.
