**Dental experience not necessary**
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with potential patients to discuss a multitude of dental implant procedures focusing on dental implant treatment
- Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process
- Schedule and manage dental implant consultations
- Create and present Dental Implant Treatment Plans while navigating various insurance benefits
- Apply patients to multiple dental financing companies
- Schedule surgery for the patient and coordinate with the lab and surgeon’s schedule
- Ensure all medical clearances for surgery are received prior to the patients scheduled surgery date
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current implant patients, ensuring a smooth transition between consultation and treatment
- Maintain records of treatment and completed transactions
- Manage follow up by reaching out to potential patients who have delayed treatment
- Make outbound calls to potential new patients gathered from SEO, print, TV and other lead generation methods (warm calling)
- Operate advanced imaging machinery such as a CBCT (training would be provided)
- Be involved with implant marketing and overall branding of the practice
- Occasional travel for training purposes may be required
Qualifications:
- Elite sales and negotiation skills (3-5 years) – customer facing sales preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced understanding of financing – no fear talking about big numbers to patients
- Demonstrated computer literacy and being comfortable with standard oAice software (Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
- Strong communication and rapport building skills
- Elite listening and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Outgoing and confident
- Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients

- Committed to providing excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
