Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trimmer/packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis plants and gardening. This role involves maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the post harvest production of dried cannabis. Some days may require the trimming of dried cannabis flowers and other days may require the packaging of trimmed cannabis flowers. This position is for our 2nd shift of the day which starts at 3pm and ends at midnight. An active agent ID to work in the Missouri cannabis industry will be required. If you don't have your Missouri Agent ID to work with cannabis you can still apply and pending a solid interview we will then send you an offer letter which will be necessary to apply for a Missouri Agent ID.
Responsibilities
- Trim and shape dried cannabis flowers to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various trimming tasks.
- Identify plant species and assess their specific care needs.
- Weighing and packaging of trimmed cannabis flowers into mylar bags ensuring proper weight variance is achieved.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to execute production demands as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, post harvest processing, trimming, greenhouse, farm, or garden settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in plant care is a plus.
- Knowledge of plant identification and care techniques is essential.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in plant care will be highly valued.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
