Nutramax Laboratories seeks a highly motivated Technical Services Specialist to provide training and support to our team.
This position requires a strong background in scientific principles and practices, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively present information to adult learners.
The Professional Services Veterinary Technician trains Nutramax Laboratories employees and outside representatives to educate Veterinary Professionals and retail customers on Nutramax Veterinary products. This includes responding to product technical calls and emails in a timely fashion, maintaining technical services product data base and FAQs based on current trends, and participating in training with the Product Development department.
The Technical Services Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining technical database/FAQs based on questions asked from the field, training customer service teams, processing requests for SDSs and check requests, and monitoring for trending data from the field.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to product technical calls and emails from customers, sales reps, and CS representatives in a timely fashion
- Maintains Technical Services product data base and FAQs based on current trends
- Trains Nutramax employees on existing and new Nutramax veterinary/human products
