Nutramax Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated Animal Health Educator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in veterinary technology and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing training and support to our team, including responding to product technical calls and emails, maintaining technical services product data base and FAQs based on current trends, and participating in training with the Product Development department.
The Animal Health Educator will also be responsible for training customer service teams, processing requests for SDSs and check requests, and monitoring for trending data from the field. They must have excellent writing, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to product technical calls and emails from customers, sales reps, and CS representatives in a timely fashion
- Maintains Technical Services product data base and FAQs based on current trends
- Trains Nutramax employees on existing and new Nutramax veterinary/human products
