What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Driver position at NutraStar?
Private company is in search for a responsible, professional, and experienced driver to transport executives.
Must be okay with flexible hours Monday-Thursday and Sunday (especially during the daytime). Candidates should be local. Retired military or law enforcement are encouraged to apply. .
```Duties```
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, such as vans and limousines
- Transport passengers to locations such as the airport and NYC/ Brooklyn
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or packages
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks as needed
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip details
```Qualifications```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, shuttle driver, bus driver, or similar role is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift heavy items and handle them with care
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
- Good communication skills to interact with passengers or customers

The driver must have a flexible schedule and be on call. Some weeks there may be more working hours than others. If there are no trips for the week, a base rate will still be provided.
