Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with Country Managers and Account Managers to identify target accounts and growth opportunities in Oceania.
- Lead and implement the strategic sales plan, ensuring objectives and sales targets are achieved.
- Lead and develop Rendering sales growth, ensuring objectives and sales targets are achieved.
- Create annual plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Drive customer acquisition, grow the client base, and maintain long-term relationships to ensure engagement and profitability.
- Contribute and ensure a strong and active CRM pipeline of opportunities in the CRM.
- Provide tailored solutions to address customer needs, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
- Oversee the Sales budget, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead technical and sales support for feed additives (including Intellibonds, AO mix, Fytera, Toxo, SprayFo)
- Support the development, implementation and expansion of NutriOpt services, focusing on XRF expansion.
- Represent the company on industry bodies for the Livestock & Rendering sectors, showcasing technical expertise and leadership.
- Support distributor activities and management.
- Support marketing activities and CRM development for customer and product usage mapping.
- Plan and execute growth strategies for key product lines, including Eubiotics (Fytera), YAF (SprayFo), and rendering businesses in Oceania.
- Coordinate technical support ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
- Support and contribute to the data quality of MIDAS.
- Leads and supports assigned Ruminant key projects is Asia.
