Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the face and voice of the company to clients and customers. As such he/she must have a pleasant demeanor and represent Nutri-Green in a positive manner. As well as projecting a positive energy with infectious enthusiasm while maintaining a professional image.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Thoroughly understands, implements, and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Understand company core values, while holding self to these same values.
· Assists in the implementation of the company’s customer service protocol.
· Guide new customers through products and services, ensuring they understand value and key services.
· Execute customer courtesy call campaigns.
· Route customer calls to proper personnel and departments when necessary. Foster trust and relationships with clients/customers through excellent communication.
· Route customer calls to the proper Route Manager when necessary. Foster trust and relationships with Route Managers through excellent communication.
· Performs other special projects as assigned by supervisor.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and related office software.
· Proficient in telephone system utilization and protocol.
· Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
· Understands company structure and knows key personnel for directing telephone inquiries
· Willingness to learn new technologies, processes and procedures.
· Must have flexibility with hours and able to work the occasional Saturday.
