Nutricion Fundamental Inc. (dba) Prime Time Nutrition is looking for a District Manager to oversee and manage stores in multiple cities throughout the Salinas County . Our company is a prominent C-store style retail services provider with 30 years in the retail industry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing their store sales and operations, controlling expenses, employee relations, loss prevention, public relations, etc. District Managers are also ultimately responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the stores. A District Manager is a role model and leader and solves problems, makes informed decisions, and manages the workforce time wisely to achieve maximum results.

REQUIREMENTS

· Education degree in Finance/Management required (BS, AA, Trade School).

· Three years Mid to Senior Retail management experience preferred.

· Three-five years Retail management experience preferred.

· Ability to work a full-time schedule.

· Required on-call 24/7 including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

· Availability to travel daily throughout the Bay Area.

· Bilingual/Spanish a plus!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Work Location: On the road daily monitoring stores & warehouse

· Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

· Flexibility to travel and ability to adapt to constantly changing and fast-paced environments.

· Must be able to climb ladders, push, pull and reach over shoulders.

· Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified store staff to meet the district's needs.

· Conduct store operations orientation, train, and coach the store staff in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.

· Participate in administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives. Help solve problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency, and productivity.

· Coordinate sales promotion activities and pricing of merchandise. Oversee preparation of merchandise placement and displays.

· Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures, monitor store profitability, and manage store expenses and budgets.

· Ensure that proper channels of communication exist between the stores and corporate office.

· Oversee compliance of store management with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company property, personnel practices, loss prevention, security, sales and record-keeping procedures, and overall maintenance of the stores by performing required audits.

· Inspect stores premises to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety and environmental codes and ordinances.

· Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

· Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all daily tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
