Qualifications
- Highly motivated individual who is self-directed, accountable with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Outstanding organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Construction experience in managing framing projects, industrial racking, paint and patch, knowledge including electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment repair.
- Works well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Is effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying issues raised by coworkers
- Is effective in anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems
- Comfortable with basic computer software programs Word and Excel
- Proven ability to interpret construction/project plans and create accurate material estimates
- Strong conflict resolution skills with experience addressing and handling employee concerns effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects effectively, balancing urgency and importance to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Proficiency with MaintainX or similar work order management platforms.
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred) to enhance communication with a diverse team.

Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all property maintenance operations and construction projects, ensuring that preventive maintenance programs, daily work orders and special projects are completed efficiently, timely, with the highest quality and in a cost-effective manner
- You will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance including but not limited to framing, drywall, painting, implementation and scheduling of all renovation and new build projects
- Management duties include, but not limited to staffing and scheduling maintenance team, expense management, purchasing, conducting regular staff meetings and developing preventative maintenance procedures
- Complete renovation projects, capital improvements and any other special projects
- Guide/manage team in order to complete basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment repairs
- Providing maintenance repairs to facilities
- Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition
- Monitor and enforce proper safe storage and use of equipment, chemicals, and supplies
- Inventory management of products and equipment, ensuring that proper levels of supplies are always on hand
