Work Schedule :

This position requires a dependable self-starter who is willing to begin work early in the morning, can operate effectively without direct supervision, and is capable of safely leading a team to complete tasks. Additionally, during the growing season, night applications may be necessary.

What you will do :

• Operate drones to support various agricultural activities, such as planning seed, monitoring crop health, and applying fertilizers or pesticides.
• Gather data through drone flights and analyze it to make informed decisions about crop management and yield optimization.
• Oversee the maintenance of drone equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
• Ensure all drone operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Continuously seek ways to improve drone technology and its application in agriculture to enhance productivity and sustainability.
