Job Responsibilities
- Weigh loaded trucks and unloaded trucks to confirm weights.
- Enter weight into computer, generate paper ticket or send electronically.
- Log all in/out of trucks, trailers, and field equipment.
- Work closely with coworkers and supervisor in a team environment.
- Perform general office work, including filing and copying documents.
- Prepare product receivers for incoming inventory.
- Answer phone calls in a polite and courteous manner.
- Manage and enforce record retention and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and friendly personality.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Ability to move 25-30 pounds.
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel a plus.
- Valid Driver's License Required.
- Ability to work long hours during high demand season.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range $16.28 - $22.48 an hour.
