Job Responsibilities

• Weigh loaded trucks and unloaded trucks to confirm weights.
• Enter weight into computer, generate paper ticket or send electronically.
• Log all in/out of trucks, trailers, and field equipment.
• Work closely with coworkers and supervisor in a team environment.
• Perform general office work, including filing and copying documents.
• Prepare product receivers for incoming inventory.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and courteous manner.
• Manage and enforce record retention and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and friendly personality.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to move 25-30 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel a plus.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to work long hours during high demand season.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range $16.28 - $22.48 an hour.
