- Experiment & A/B Test: Rapidly run tests across SEO, paid search, social media, and content marketing to uncover new channels for inbound growth.
- Content & SEO Leadership: Drive organic traffic through keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and compelling content creation that resonates with prospective users.
- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, launch, and iterate campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other platforms to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Data Analysis & Funnel Optimization: Measure key metrics, refine campaign tactics for improved ROI, and ensure leads move smoothly from awareness to conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, marketing, and tech teams to align inbound efforts with product messaging and roadmaps.
- Hands-On Website Updates: Be open to learning Git-based workflows for creating and updating content for your campaigns, ensuring your marketing strategies are always up-to-date.
What You’ll Bring...
- 5 Years in Growth Marketing: Proven experience in inbound marketing, funnel optimization, or a similar role with measurable success.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in tools like Clay, Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahref or Hotjar, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Hands-On Testing & Optimization: Comfort running A/B tests and using insights to pivot campaigns quickly for maximum impact.
- Channel Versatility: Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Problem-Solving: An eagerness to explore fresh tactics, pivot when necessary, and push boundaries to accelerate inbound growth.
- Has experience or open to Learning Git-Based Workflows: Willingness to adapt to a Git-based environment for managing and updating website content.
Who Thrives Here…
At Nutrient, we’re not just hiring for skills — we’re hiring for mindset. The people who thrive here are:
- Collaborators: You work across disciplines, listen actively, and prioritize team success over ego.
- Hungry Learners: Rapid learning fuels progress and career growth.
- Curious Thinkers: You dig deep to uncover the “why,” valuing understanding over simply being right.
- Self-Starters: You take action without waiting for direction, turning obstacles into opportunities with creativity and persistence.
- Owners: You take responsibility for outcomes, always looking for ways to improve what’s within your control.
- Doers: You’re energized by progress, motivated to create meaningful impact, and eager to tackle challenges.
If you’ve made it this far: give us your argument on which inbound channel you believe is the most effective for Nutrient—and which one you think is overrated.
