We're looking for a Growth Manager laser-focused on driving a high-performing inbound funnel for our Workflow Automation Platform. You'll spearhead data-driven marketing strategies, experiment with fresh channels and content, and optimize funnels to bring in qualified leads. What You Will Do...
- Design & Implement Inbound Strategies : Launch marketing programs specifically tailored to our Workflow solutions, boosting lead volume and quality.
- Experiment & A / B Test : Rapidly run tests across SEO, paid search, social media, and content marketing to uncover new channels for inbound growth.
- Content & SEO Leadership : Drive organic traffic through keyword research, on-page / off-page SEO, and compelling content creation that resonates with prospective users.
- Paid Advertising Campaigns : Plan, launch, and iterate campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other platforms to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Data Analysis & Funnel Optimization : Measure key metrics, refine campaign tactics for improved ROI, and ensure leads move smoothly from awareness to conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, sales, marketing, and tech teams to align inbound efforts with product messaging and roadmaps.
- Hands-On Website Updates : Be open to learning Git-based workflows for creating and updating content for your campaigns, ensuring your marketing strategies are always up-to-date.
