Your Role…
As a Solution Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers understand how Nutrient's Workflow Automation and Low-Code solutions can enhance their operations. You will be the technical voice in customer and prospect conversations, demonstrating our platform’s capabilities, building proofs of concept, and working alongside Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption.
This role can be perfect for a developer with a customer-focused mindset who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with teams, and helping businesses unlock new efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospects and customers through the evaluation process, showcasing Nutrient’s capabilities through product demonstrations and technical workshops.
- Develop proof of concepts (PoCs) tailored to customer needs, illustrating how our Workflow and Low-Code tools fit seamlessly into their tech stack.
- Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success to drive customer engagement and help prospects see the value of Nutrient’s platform.
- Provide technical training to customers and partners, ensuring they can fully leverage our solutions.
- Support integration efforts, working closely with customers to troubleshoot challenges and optimize implementation.
- Create technical collateral, including whitepapers, engage the community, solution briefs, and best practice guides to support both sales and post-sales engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing insights from the field back into our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring…
- 3 years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions consulting, sales engineering, or developer advocacy, solution architect).
- Experience with workflow automation, low-code platforms, or API-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue) and backend frameworks (.NET, C#, Node.js).
- Proficiency with SQL Server DB and writing complex SQL queries.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), integrations, and APIs.
- Demonstrates a strong desire to serve as a customer advocate, proactively seeking solutions that meet customer needs and build trust. Works collaboratively with new customers to understand their challenges and ensure successful outcomes, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
- Prior work in SaaS sales engineering, solutions architecture, or developer relations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with construction tech, document management, or process automation.
- Understanding of AI-powered automation and OCR solutions.
