Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
